Careers
Advaya is always on the lookout for like-minded talent. Do you want to blaze new frontiers in mental health and wellness? Do you want to become part of the psychedelic model to heal ourselves and others? We are looking for mental health professionals and paraprofessionals with a passion for transformative therapy. We need motivated individuals to join our team of compassionate and forward-thinking providers.
Advaya's team includes licensed and unlicensed professionals. We are committed to compliance with state regulations, working toward treatment objectives, and honoring client preferences. Reach out to us if you are interested in any of the following roles.
Clinical Supervisors
Our full-time clinical supervisors are leaders in the field of mental health and psychedelic-assisted therapy. Clinical supervisors are responsible for the overall quality of training and supervision for a cohort of therapists and coaches.
Therapists
Our licensed and experienced mental health professionals are trained in psychedelic integration therapy and well-versed in evidence-based approaches such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), mindfulness-based therapies, and trauma-informed care. Our therapists are the lynchpins of the organization. We offer full-time and part-time therapist positions.
Coaches
Our coaches are professionals who assist individuals in the guided psychedelic experience or in integrating experiences into our client’s daily lives and promoting overall well-being. Our psychedelic integration coaches provide support, guidance, and tools for navigating and deriving meaning from psychedelic experiences.
Candidates for employment must appreciate both traditional and psychedelic modalities and be committed to improving the lives of others. We are building a community of caregivers who will work across the country, challenge conventional thinking and create new models of health and happiness. Telehealth will optimize our access-to-care. Our clinics will promote connectivity within our communities and amongst our clinicians.
