Ketamine-Assisted Therapy
Advaya offers a holistic approach to ketamine-assisted therapy by partnering with medical professionals and specialized ketamine clinics to provide a comprehensive psychotherapeutic psychedelic experience.
Advaya supports clients throughout the entire process, starting with preparation for their ketamine journey, ensuring they are mentally and emotionally ready. During the ketamine sessions, Advaya offers guidance and support to help clients navigate the experience safely and effectively. Post-session, Advaya provides integration sessions, helping clients process and make sense of their experiences, both immediately following each session and through multiple integration meetings after the course is complete. This ensures that the therapeutic benefits are fully realized and sustained long after the ketamine therapy has ended.
Research shows that, although ketamine is a powerful medication for neurological healing when administered on its own, its long term effects are greatly improved when ketamine therapy is paired with skillfully applied psychotherapy.
Our therapists are fully licensed and have received certification from in-depth, year-long training programs that focus on every aspect of psychedelic assisted therapy, including the use of ketamine. Our therapists all employ a trauma-informed approach in their work and combine multiple modalities such as somatic therapy in their work. This combination of modalities assures that we provide all of our clients with the highest level of support possible throughout their healing process.

Sessions usually last 2 to 3 hours. This covers the time for the ketamine experience, which generally takes 40 to 60 minutes, along with pre-session preparation and post-session psychedelic integration with your therapist.
In each session, you’ll be in a safe and comfortable space, under professional supervision. Once ketamine is administered, you might notice changes in your thoughts, emotions, and perceptions. Your therapist will be guiding and supporting you throughout your entire session.
The number of sessions varies from person to person and depends on the issue being treated. Some people see significant results after just one or two sessions, while others might need more to achieve their desired outcome.
This therapy has shown potential in helping with treatment-resistant depression, anxiety disorders, PTSD, and some chronic pain conditions. It can also promote personal growth and assist in addressing issues like burnout, existential anxiety, and feelings of being stuck.
